We are conveniently located in the Tampa Bay area, only 25 minutes from Tampa international airport with the following features:
- Film friendly, Private 20-acre Farm, Event Venue and Camp Grounds with multiple filming locations offering the real “Old-Florida Charm”
- Private, Pristine 40-acre lake with easy lake access
- Over 2000 feet of lake frontage for visually stunning backdrops
- Several Wooded areas canopied by live oak trees with Spanish moss untouched since the 50’s
- One-bedroom revamped, comfy cabin from the 1940s with full kitchen, bathroom and bedroom adorned with crystal chandeliers.
- Historic Lakefront Camp with secluded cabins and classic, lakefront Boat House from the 1940s
- Two rustic, lakefront camp fire areas with plenty of seating

From their gorgeous event venue barn, the farm and petting animal areas, the serene private lake (talk about an epic sunrise shot!!) sturdy new dock, rustic boat house, nostalgic cabin, multiple fire pits and the outdoor “Lodge” that begs to be filmed in! I cant recommend booking there enough. Coordinating parking and basecamp couldn’t be easier and more accessible! Ralph and his team bend over backwards to accommodate your requests so everything runs smoothly and efficiently – which is super important for a production day! This is a location scouts dream venue!
