  1. All guests should wear closed- toed shoes.
  2. In the event of inclement weather, there will be a farm experience in an enclosed barn, however, if you have any concerns, please notify us immediately.
  3. Students and/or Guests should be assigned into groups prior to your arrival. We will contact you to give you a specific number to be in each group prior to your event. Please note that groups consist of up to 30.
  4. This tour is conducted outdoors and with animals, please make guests aware that may have allergies to such things prior to their arrival.
  5. Each group will be assigned a dedicated Tour Guide. However, it is also the responsibility of the teachers/chaperones to assist children to the bathroom, during lunch, and to stay together at all times.
  6. A confirmation e-mail will be sent a week prior to your event. This confirmation will include a final head count (including teachers, students, and chaperones that will be included on the check provided by the school.) Also a confirmed number of buses are preferred.
  7. All other chaperones should be directed toward a staff member to pay the admission fee, which will be $9.00 for the group rate.
  8. In the confirmation e-mail it will provide you with information for the bus parking map, and what to do when you arrive (What to do upon arrival).
  9. Lunches should be brought in coolers, a guide will be assigned to assist with the transportation of lunches from the parking area to the dining area on farm.
  10. Group Tours will be 2-2.5 hours- but will vary according to time constraints, however, everyone will get the same great farm experience. Please notify us in advance, if you have any time constraints due to buses, etc.
  11. Please beware that any and all groups are subject to being photographed or part of a video used for promotional services. If you have any objection to this, please let us know ahead of time.
  12. We are stroller friendly- so bring the little ones along!
